Application:

HEXAPLAST family strive to hep the industry through our products. Our Lab Extruder Model HP – 25 EX – I is meant for small R & D trials. This extruder helps to take trial run with 10 to 15 kgs of Raw material.
The extruder is equipped with all the features of a production line so to take full fledge trials. We an offer Digital as well as HMI touch screen model.Our model comes with standard motors, gear box and control equipment to avoid failure of equipment. The motor is with Drive and temperature can be controlled through PID type controllers to 1 degree entigrade accuracy.
We have Safety features in-built to protect the equipment and emergency switch is provided. Trip off mechanism and Fuses provided to protect electronic components.
The construction of Screw and Barrel is the best Alloy Steel to give long life and best results for trials. The Die is with precision finish to produce desired results.
We supply the complete set up with Die, Cooling tank, Pelletizer to take trials. Our optional kit to connect any other dies are also available. This can be Blown film, Pipe, Rod, Profile or Sheet production trials.
